This new home design required specialized design services to bring the kitchen, bathroom and laundry spaces to life.  We worked closely with the homeowner to customize these spaces with unique design solutions that fit their personality and design aesthetic perfectly.  The kitchen cabinetry, plan and storage details were designed from scratch.  The resulting modern farmhouse design style carries seamlessly into the custom walk-through pantry that leads to the screened porch.  The built-in shelving and oversized entertainment center in the open-concept family room ties in beautifully with the kitchen and panty spaces.

Each bathroom was designed with specific personalities in mind.  The primary bathroom showcases clean modern tile selections coupled with rustic stained cabinetry, sleek free-standing tub, stunning glass shower with curbless design and a spacious water closet.  The shared bathroom between the kid’s rooms has a shared walk-through shower design with fun geometric and racing stripe tile details, private vanities in a vibrant blue shade and private toilets.  The half bath is a fun space with bold wallpaper and a bright green vanity. 

The utility spaces received equal amounts of attention with custom storage solutions including a built-in dog crate, pull-out sweater drying racks, soaking sink, ample base and wall storage and clothes hanging options galore.  The garage even has an elevated dog bathing station.
